Robot Arm  ESD II

The Robot Arm ESD II is the ultimate production grinder. The operating system and mechanics are specially designed to handle the typical working environment of a grinding machine in production use. The steel structure was redesigned with heavy gauge steel and several operator inputs were improved for increased  functionality. System information is easily available through the system interface which aids in proper maintenance procedures and functionality of the grinder. The bit table has two preset angles which allows the operator to easily switch angles at the press of a button. From a safety point of view the ESD has built in lights for the working area which is crucial especially when using underground. A second safety feature of the robot arm is its ability to detect if it falls off a button during a grinding cycle. If this should happen the grinding process automatically stops.

The Robot Arm ESD II is the most versatile grinder available on the market as it can handle both threaded and DTH bits up to 17" (432mm) using the optional bit table.
